Beltsense – Belt Condition Monitoring System

Overview

This project was designed and implemented with the aim of increasing productivity and reducing unexpected downtime in production lines. Due to their long length and difficult accessibility, conveyor belts are constantly exposed to unforeseen failures, which can impose significant costs on industrial operations.

To address this challenge, an intelligent condition monitoring system was developed. By continuously scanning the belt surface and analyzing collected data, the system detects potential issues at their early stages and reports them to the operator in a timely manner.
